Quality Control
Today, JIUH SHIUH switches are
synonymous with high quality throughout the world. We have worked hard to
achieve this position. It not only required a massive financial investment
in precise test equipment, but a great deal of time and energy were
devoted to building the complete quality control system.
The inspectors do incoming QC to AQL of 0/15 percent for major defects; and final QC to AQL of 0.15 percent for major defects. In-process QC is 100 percent. Furthermore, we insist on statistic process control among other QC process.
